LW-9425A is a modified BPA (bisphenol A) type epoxy resin with aluminum oxide powder.

LW-9425B is a modified carboxylic anhydride hardener with aluminum oxide powder.

High temperature curing epoxy resin liquid for electrical power insulators

Applications

Electrical insulators for medium and high voltage applications, such as 66-220kV GIS bowl-type insulators and other insulation components.

Processing Methods

Conventional gravity casting process under vacuum.

Automatic pressure gelation process (APG).

Production process is adjustable according to client’s present production methods.

Properties

Two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system with pre-mixed fillers, slurry liquid at room temperature.
