Latest company case about APG process introduction with electrical industry

The APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process is a commonly used resin casting technique for manufacturing high-performance electrical insulation products such as cable terminations, power transformers, and insulators. It is an automated and efficient process widely applied in the power industry and electrical equipment manufacturing.

At the core of the APG process, liquid epoxy resin is mixed with a curing agent and injected into prepared molds under high pressure. By applying high pressure, the resin can fully penetrate the insulation or conductor structures within the mold, forming a high-density and high-strength insulation layer. Subsequently, the resin cures under the influence of temperature and pressure, resulting in a robust insulation material.

The APG process offers several advantages. Firstly, due to the resin being injected under high pressure, complete resin filling is achieved, eliminating the formation of bubbles and defects, thus improving insulation performance. Secondly, the APG process enables the production of complex-shaped components with precise dimensions and intricate designs, providing flexibility in product customization. Additionally, the cured resin exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties, high mechanical strength, and resistance to environmental factors such as moisture, chemicals, and temperature variations.

The APG process is widely recognized for its reliability, efficiency, and the ability to produce high-quality insulation components. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of electrical systems and has become an integral part of the manufacturing process in the electrical industry.
